He is an experienced technology management professional and a Design Thinker with a Masters and Ph.D in Technology Management from US University, who has a well-rounded understanding of Next generation ICT / IOT technologies, business modeling & management, lean startup methodology, facilitative leadership ability, and excellent interpersonal skills. He currently consults various Business Incubators and Startups globally. He is the author and co-author of many scientific articles which are published in eminent academic journals covering management, economics, ICT technologies. He has both technical and management papers that are published in renowned International peer-reviewed journals and has also chaired many conferences. As a Startup Evangelist, an Entrepreneurship Enthusiast, he is currently settled in India on a mission to setup 100 startups in line with Startup India program. He plays an integral role in building entrepreneurial communities, which is a prerequisite for the establishment of effective startup ecosystem in our local region. .

At present, he is the head of MSME approved Incubation Center. He is fellow member in ISTE, Society of Failure analysis, FIE and IE(I) Manufacturing. He did his Ph.D from MIT with the specialization of Metal forming. He has worked collaboratively with IGCAR, Kalpakkam in developing large Diameter bearing for Indigenous reactor. He has developed two laboratories (New Materials development Laboratory, Automation Laboratory). .

Dr.T.Sakthi has 15 years of experience in the field of entrepreneurship training and education. She has expertise in the areas like financial management, marketing management and entrepreneurship. Her current focus is coordinating the activities of KRIC, NEC Business incubator and IIC.

Mr. Y. Jerold Jaikins

IT Software and Incubator Admin

Mr. Y. Jerold Jaikins brings over 14 years of experience working with Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) companies. He is proficient in programming languages such as PHP, ASP.NET, and Javascript, with a strong understanding of relational database systems. His expertise in web application development includes a solid grasp of security, session management, and best practices for building robust software products. At KR Innovation Centre, Mr. Jaikins serves as both an IT software professional and incubator administrator. He is responsible for the technical and operational management of the centre's IT infrastructure, ensuring smooth technology operations that support innovation. In his role as incubator administrator, he plays a key part in managing startup incubator operations, providing technical support, and ensuring entrepreneurs have the resources, mentorship, and tools to succeed. His work helps early-stage ventures innovate efficiently and transform ideas into market-ready products. By bridging technology and entrepreneurship, Mr. Jaikins contributes to fostering a thriving innovation environment at KR Innovation Centre, supporting the growth of technology-driven companies. .

He has six and half years’ experience in Entrepreneurship/Incubation eco-system at PSG-STEP, PSG CT Coimbatore. He is very familiar with operating procedure of an Incubation Centre and its Accounting processes. He is expertise in Fund Management and Public Financial Management System (PFMS). .

Fab Lab Incharge

Mr. R. Sathish Kumar Raja is the Fab Lab Incharge at KR Innovation Centre. In this role, he is responsible for overseeing the operations and management of the Fabrication Laboratory (Fab Lab), which is a key facility for innovation and prototyping. His duties likely include supervising the lab's day-to-day activities, ensuring the availability of necessary equipment, and providing technical guidance to innovators and entrepreneurs working on prototypes or product development. .

IoT Lab Incharge

Mr. Vadivel is the IoT (Internet of Things) Lab Incharge at KR Innovation Centre. In this role, he is responsible for overseeing the operations and management of the IoT lab, a key facility for developing and testing IoT solutions. His responsibilities likely include ensuring the lab is equipped with the latest IoT devices, sensors, and technology platforms, enabling innovators to experiment and build connected systems.
